Ingredients
When translating universally beloved foods into clean dishes (that are every bit as satisfying), goop kitchen chefs start with purposefully sourced, whole ingredients. Our proteins: organic, free-range chicken, and salmon from the fjords of Norway, certified by Best Aquaculture Practices, Global G.A.P., and ASC. Produce comes from organic, local farms whenever possible. Even the finishing touches—the sauces and marinades that bring everything together—are made without processed sugars, gluten, dairy, peanuts, or preservatives.
Sustainability
Sustainability has been a focus from day one—and we’re always exploring ways to do better. Our bags are 100% recyclable, with woven paper handles and a collapsible paper body. Bowls and salad containers are made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET)—each one saves the equivalent of three to three and a half plastic bottles and is designed to be reused again and again. As part of our ongoing effort to reduce waste, we ask guests to request utensils only when needed.
