To redeem, follow these simple steps:

• Visit order.goopkitchen.com, login to your goop Kitchen Insider account, add all items to your cart including the item you plan on redeeming the reward for. After all items have been added to your cart proceed to the checkout screen and click apply on the reward you wish to redeem.

Yes, all rewards eventually expire, although we do our best to give you enough time to redeem. You can check your account for current rewards and view expiration dates.

Getting to the next tier is even easier with bonus point challenges. Periodically we will offer challenges that need to be completed in certain time period. If you complete one of these challenges (for example, purchasing every salad on the menu or ordering 3 times in a week) then you will be rewarded with bonus points.

Your Insider points will be reset on the first day of each year, where you will then start accruing new points. You'll maintain your current tier status throughout the year, enjoying all the benefits associated with it. However, there's always the chance to unlock an even higher tier this year!
